Joseph has saved my data, my business (Portrait/Wedding image files), therefore my HEART on four different systems (once Mac, once PC and twice on back-up drives)
My main editing computer and image back-up drive went down within 3 days of each other. Apple tech said $600 on Mac only, with no promises because of severity. Joseph, with a can-do attitude, had me back in business with all photos back in view, saving me heaps of money, HOURS of re-editing photos from original DVDs. (make that WEEKS!..), and his brand recommendations have kept me clear of repeat issues for back-up drives.
